We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Zing. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll happily exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
